The Haitian karatekas have excelled at the 24th International Tournament of Karate organized by the American Federation of Martial Arts (AFMA), which took place on 18 and 19 August 2012 by winning 23 medals. They were received Wednesday at the National Palace by President Michel J. Martelly.
